Everything To Know About 'Dogpound,' Taylor Swift's Favorite Gym
Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift dished about more than her love for Travis Kelce in her TIME Person of the Year profile—she also waxed poetic about her love for her gym, Dogpound.
Swift said she was determined to get in the best shape of her life to be able to perform her record-shattering Eras tour.
"Every day I would run on the treadmill, singing the entire set list out loud. Fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs," she told TIME. Her workouts went far beyond cardio, and that's where Dogpound came in big time, with a program created for her "incorporating strength, conditioning, and weights."
There's a reason she shows off her muscles onstage! Find out everything to know about Taylor Swift's Dogpound gym, including some of their workouts you can try at home.

What Is So Special About Dogpound?
Believe it or not, Dogpound doesn't boast about its mega high-tech equipment and gadgets—it's actually quite the opposite. According to investor and member Adam Levine, "It felt more like a family than a gym. I loved the bare bones old-school approach. No treadmills. Really cool."
Founder and owner Kirk Thomas Myers describes the overall vibe and exercises as "an old-school, in-your-garage workout." Except, well, your garage is free, and Dogpound is the opposite of that by a long shot.
Dogpound offers a variety of classes, including HIIT, mat Pilates, boxing and "booty builder," to name a few, and you can also opt for personal training sessions either in-person or virtually.

How Much Does Dogpound NYC Cost?
Simply put, a lot. That said, there's typically a waitlist to sign up, and you have to apply to join—very much unlike just showing up to your local gym and registering on your own terms. Dogpound even has you tell them about yourself and why you want to be a member, and you can earn extra brownie points by listing two references. Essentially, you're filling out an application in hopes of being able to spend your money.
That may sound absurd, but context is important to remember: With so many bold-faced names among their clientele, it's great that they're vetting their members because no one wants to pump iron next to gawkers and stalkers.
That said, if and when you're able to, you can choose from the following membership options:
Dogpound Gym Annual Membership Tiers
Silver - Tier 1: $8,000 annual membership plus $500 initiation fee
Platinum - Tier 2: $23,000 annual membership plus $250 initiation fee
Black - Tier 3: $36,000 annual membership, initiation fee waived
Dogpound Gym Monthly Membership Tiers
Silver - Tier 1: $708 per month
Platinum - Tier 2: $2,040 per month
Black - Tier 3: $3,333 per month
Personal Training at Dogpound Gym
For personal training, working out with Myers privately will set you back at least $1,000 for an hour-long session. Other trainers cost about $200 per hour for private individual sessions, but you can buy packages that reduce the cost of each one (12 sessions for $2,280; 24 sessions for $4,200; 50 sessions for $7,500).
You can also get a semi-private hour-long training session for $125 per person.
