As the 2015 spokesperson for M.A.C Viva Glam—a campaign that gives 100 percent of its sales to the M.A.C AIDS Fund, which has awarded $315 million in grants—Miley Cyrus is already putting her money where her hot-pink mouth is: Besides designing a neon lipstick and holographic Lipglass, she personally contributed half a million dollars to the cause at October's amfAR Inspiration Gala in L.A. Cyrus, particularly concerned with the AIDS epidemic's effect on homeless youth, is impassioned about destigmatizing the disease. "It's really important for people to get over the stereotype of what they think HIV positive looks like," she says, noting that 25 percent of those infected with the disease don't know they have it. "You really want to keep people educated, just starting a conversation with young people about it." It's safe to say that if anyone can get people talking, it's Cyrus.
