The inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Opening Ceremony is set to debut on Nov. 15. The ceremony is not only projected to be one of the biggest sporting events of the year thus far but will also mark the official kickoff to racing weekend.
The opening ceremony will include exclusive performances by A-list artists including Andra Day, Journey and J Balvin, along with all 20 Formula 1 drivers in attendance.

“For the first-ever Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix it was important for us to create an opening ceremony that balances the spirit of Las Vegas with the global excitement that Formula 1 and these incredible drivers bring to each host city,” Renee Wilm, the Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc. chief executive officer said in a statement.

The complete list of performers for the first ceremony features Andra Day, Bishop Briggs, J Balvin, Journey, Keith Urban, Steve Aoki, Swedish House Mafia, Thirty Seconds to Mars and Will.i.am.
In addition, to entertain crowds both in-person and virtually, the ceremony will feature appearances by the Blue Man Group and Cirque du Soleil.
