Aww! No wonder Fenix's nickname is 'Happy Dog.' We've never seen a dog smile so big before! There's no way anyone can watch this video without smiling. Also, this video is such a beautiful reminder that any animal, even those with a brain disorder, can bring so much joy into your life.
