*This* Famous Muggle Hung Out with J.K. Rowling for a Day, and We’re So Jealous
If you’ve been living in a cupboard under the stairs and haven’t heard yet, the sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, starring Jude Law as a young (handsome) Dumbledore, is due out November 16 and currently in post-production. In a recent interview, Law revealed the supercool way he prepped for the role: hanging out with the queen of Harry Potter herself, J.K. Rowling.
Nope, he didn’t have to drink a whole bottle of Felix Felicis in order to make this magical day happen, either. According to Entertainment Tonight, Law spent the afternoon with the author where they discussed “…the whole backstory and her future hopes for this young character of Dumbledore and really, that set me on the path.”
*Sigh* To be in an invisibility cloak in the same room during that magical meeting…
