The Fan-Favorite Trader Joe's Seasonal Snack That People Are Eating By the Bagful
Trader Joe's
My personal philosophy in life is that everything is better with a little cinnamon sugar. Snickerdoodles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, churros...need I say more? Fortunately, around the holidays, everything is all sugar, spice and everything nice, and there’s no shortage of delectable goodies ready to be devoured.
While much of the season focuses on preparing for massive dinners, in between the more savory portions of the festivities, there are oh so many sweets to choose from. From pies and cakes to cookies galore, there’s nothing that doesn’t get a sugary update. And Trader Joe’s has continued to deliver more than a dusting of incredible products perfect for the celebrations ahead.

The fan-favorite grocer is no stranger to offering incredible holiday fare and super-fan Instagram account @traderjoeslist recently shared the best things available at the retailer this week. Although every item on the list is drool-worthy in its own right, the Cinnamon Bun Inspired Kettle Popcorn garnered an outpouring of excitement from shoppers, and some even admitted to consuming it by the bagful.

The limited-edition snack is a nod to the warm and sticky, ooey, gooey treat that is a cinnamon bun. Flavor wise, the treat invokes the familiar notes of brown sugar and cinnamon without the hassle of worrying about getting frosting everywhere (though some may argue that’s the best part.) Though we couldn’t verify this year's price of the snack, usually, a bag will sell for about $2.99, but you’ll want to check with your local store to be sure.
Fans were quick to share their love for the returning item in the comments and it looks like it might be worth it to stock up. “I opened the Cinnamon Bun popcorn to try on the way home. I ate the whole bag ?????♀???,” confessed one person. “I tried that kettle corn last week and ate it in 2 days ?????♀?,” agreed another shopper.
Aside from the dangerously delicious kettle corn, other products popping up at the chain include Petit Fours Mousse Cakes, milk and dark chocolate Rondos, and vegan heavy whipping cream. Leave it to TJ’s to give us yet another reason to stop in, but of course we’re not complaining.
