Kylie Jenner is set to launch her own trendy clothing brand called Khy, which has been described as "creativity, collaboration, and quality at an accessible price." But after fans got a glimpse at some of the collection's pricing, they're not too sure the reality TV star is aware of what "affordable" means to the average buyer.

The new collection, which is a partnership between Jenner and the contemporary fashion label NAMILIA, was previewed online yesterday with a handful of photos of the star and her pieces. So far, only one of the products–a black faux leather oversized motorcross coat–has its price listed, but it was enough to rile up fans.

According to the official Khy Instagram page, the black jacket Jenner is seen sporting in three out of four of the photos will be available beginning Wednesday, Nov. 1, for $198–a price point social media users quickly pointed out is not "accessible" to many.

"Accessible price? Do they know what minimum wage is? Cause damn," one top-liked comment read. Similarly, someone else wrote, "How is this “accessible” pricing? Asking for a friend…"

"Couldn't it be 99.99 $ girl ..." another asked, while someone else suggested that it's affordable "for the people in your social class," as a third echoed, "i'm laughing at affordable lol."

Another user recalled Jenner's attempt at designing swimsuits, suggesting the new venture is just a "scam" as many who purchased products from the 2021 swim line described the suits as poor quality, noting "her swimsuits were a mess, im supposed to believe she can make clothes? anyone who keeps buying from this family enjoys getting scammed."

However, there were a handful of fans excited about the upcoming launch, with one stating that debuting pieces "on the November cover of The Wall Street Journal Magazine is a big deal. It's exciting to see her expanding her fashion ventures."

So far, neither Jenner nor the fashion label she's partnered with have addressed fans' concerns. But, certainly, this is not the response either party hoped for.
