Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's budding romance has hit another peak as fans attempt to label the presumed couple following the release of new loved-up paparazzi photos.
It all started after the official Instagram of the Today show shared the new photos of the Grammy winner walking hand-in-hand with the NFL star alongside the caption, "This is our Super Bowl. ???? Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were spotted holding hands in New York City on Oct. 15."
Shortly after, a heated debate broke out amongst fans trying to decide what the duo's nickname should be, officially adding this highly-publicized pair to the ranks of "Brangelina," "Bennifer," "Speidi," and "Kravis," among other celebrity super couples of the recent past and present.
"Traylor? Swelce? do we know what we’re calling them yet?" one Instagram user joked.
To which a second fan replied, "I think the general consensus among swifties is swelce. we also like mother and father ?? I prefer King and Queen:)."
"Tayvis," someone else suggested. "(Mother is always first)."
"Personally, I think they should be called T2," quipped another, playing off the fact that both stars' names begin with the same letter.
A fifth claimed to have heard people refer to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end and 33-year-old pop star's relationship as "Traylor," also noting that they're "Not sure if it will stick."
While it may be a while before Swifties can come to terms with an official couple name for the fan-favorite duo, they have time, as the two still have yet to refer to each other as romantic partners publicly.
