Country music fans can’t get enough of the love that Garth Brooks shares with his wife, Trisha Yearwood.
The sweet couple displayed in a PDA-filled Feb. 2 video that Yearwood shared on Instagram. Some fans declared the video was an example of “major couple goals.”
The video started with the “Friends in Low Places” singer smiling while revealing he uses a photo of Yearwood as his phone’s screensaver. As Brooks pulled the phone away, the “She’s in Love With the Boy” songstress stood beside him, her hand resting casually on his shoulder. They both smiled at the camera before leaning in to share a kiss.
The video is fittingly set to “Cupid’s Chokehold,” a 2005 Gym Class Heroes song featuring Fall Out Boy’s Patrick Stump that leans on the lyrics and sound of Supertramp’s 1979 hit “Breakfast in America.” Fans can hear Stump singing the lyrics, “Take a look at my girlfriend / She’s the only one I got” in the clip that Yearwood chose to pair with her video.
Actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth was among the Instagram users who sent love to the couple in the post’s comment section. “Cutest couple alert,” she wrote.
One fan dubbed Brooks and Yearwood the “King and Queen,” while another said they “are absolutely the sweetest couple ever.”
“Oh shut UP you two are so damn cute,” a fan wrote before adding their congratulations to Brooks for “having the hottest wife ever!”

“I love this so much,” one Instagram user said. Another related to Brooks’ screensaver choice, sharing that they also use a photo of their partner.
“Great example of how a marriage should be... I am always inspired but you two,” another fan wrote.
Brooks and Yearwood have been married since 2005. They pulled at fans’ heartstrings before when sending each other heartfelt birthday wishes and discussing their relationship in the media. Brooks even teared up while speaking with Kelly Clarkson last fall about his wife during an appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
“I found her in the past life,” Brooks said of Yearwood. “I’ll find her in the next.”
