Fans React to Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's 'Unreal' Bedrooms
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are the latest couple to invite people into their home for a tour with Architectural Digest.
The video, which was a part of the publication's "Open Door" series, revealed their interesting design tastes and prompted countless reactions from fans—especially regarding the kids' bedrooms.
In the tour, Teigen and Legend had the help of three of their four kids (as the youngest, Wren, likely wasn't born yet at the time of filming), with Luna, 7, and Miles, 5, even introducing different rooms. Teigen carried around their other daughter Esti, who was born in January.
Luna has an elegant room with a soft purple and white color scheme, but the grandest part is the slide coming down from a loft play area. In the video, Luna takes a turn down the slide, landing in a ball pit.
Miles' room is even more extravagant, with a Jeep bunk bed, a loft play area like Luna's, and a cave room. To fit the explorer theme, there are lanterns on the wall and a rock climbing wall to the loft, ensuring that Miles always has something to do. In contrast, Teigen and Legend's bedroom is softer and more relaxed, but no less luxurious.
Many shared their opinion on the kids' bedrooms, with most people liking them.
In the comments of the YouTube video, replies included, "Their kids rooms are what dreams are made of," and "The entire house and tour are amazing but the kid’s bedrooms….are a total dream!"
Another wrote, "I loved their house so much. The colors and the flow. I also loved the kids rooms and how spacious and creative they are. I think this might be one of the best homes you've ever had on here. Love, love, love."
Of course, there were some critics, who questioned whether the house's design was well-suited for children.
On Instagram, while many commented things like, "Girl this is insane. Omg," and "dude unreal ??," someone wrote sarcastically, "Looks super practical for your kids ??."
"Looks so homey! Not," read a different comment, while another felt like the home was too much, saying, "I really like you guys, but this is ostentatious. I’m just being honest…"
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and while it's nice to see the inside of celebrities' homes, all that matters is that Teigen, Legend, and their kids like the house.
