Fans Roast Travis Barker for Drumming in the Delivery Room

Travis Barker

Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian reportedly welcomed their first child—although neither have officially confirmed their son's arrival. Until now, that is!

On Thursday, Nov. 9, the Blink-182 drummer and The Kardashians star took to their Instagram Stories with their first teaser that baby Rocky has been born. The celebrity parents shared the same clip of Barker in what appears to be a hospital delivery room doing what he does best: drumming.

In the video, Barker can be seen nimbly drumming to the beat of a fetal heart monitor on a practice pad as (presumably) Kardashian records him from her hospital bed. It was a seemingly sweet moment between the couple before their baby boy arrived.

Barker also shared the clip via TikTok, where commenters proceeded to absolutely roast him for drumming in the delivery room.

One TikTok user wrote, "Ultrasound tech sitting there like ??."

Another person commented, "This would overstimulate me????."

Yet another follower chimed in, "That would’ve driven me up the wall?? Kourtney has the patience of a saint. Congratulations!!!!!"

Meanwhile, someone else pointed out, "Imagine being in the room next to this."

Not everyone thought Barker's drumming in the delivery room was annoying; some thought the gesture was incredibly sweet.

One supportive TikTok user wrote, "These comments are not passing the vibe check. One of the best drummers and new life. ??????"

Another person commented, "LEGIT! As the wife of a good drummer I can totally relate. They always have their practice pad and they're always practicing. I think it's cute."

Yet another TikToker shared, "awe ?? he's so excited & keepin up the morale ?? noise help calm & distract me in situations too."

Whether you love or hate the drumming, fans can likely agree on one thing: Hopefully, Kardashian and Barker share the first photo of baby Rocky soon!
