Need Fitness Inspiration? Andi Dorfman Just Launched a New Running App
Do you want to increase your cardio but don’t know where to begin? Cue Bachelor Nation alum Andi Dorfman.
The former Bachelorette, 33, recently sat down for an interview with PureWow to discuss her all-new running app, Andorfins, which started as a social media movement.
“Andorfins has gone from being a hashtag to a full-blown brand now, which I’m thrilled about,” she told PureWow. “We have merchandise for sale on our website, we get to interact with our community on social media and of course there is our latest addition, the mobile app.”
Dorfman explained that Andorfins is designed to challenge fitness gurus to push themselves to the limit, adding, “The app features various challenges for every level of fitness, as well as training plans which will help you train for our virtual races. And it goes beyond that, there’s ab workouts, stretches, nutritional videos and that’s just the start of it. With new content uploaded every week, the app is the only thing you need beside a pair of sneakers to go on your next run.”
If the thought of running a mile brings you back to the nightmare-ish days of middle school physical education, have no fear. The Bachelorette alum confirmed that “the mobile app is geared toward beginners and intermediate runners. It was designed with the type of person who says to themselves, ‘I really want to try to go for a run today, but I don’t really know what I am doing,’ in mind.”
Andorfins is now available for download on iOS and Android devices.
