With big names and even bigger menus, Western Australia’s Gourmet Escape promises extraordinary food and wine across a few eye-popping venues in Swan Valley, Perth, and Margaret River. Chef Garima Arora of Gaa in Bangkok plans to whip up a meal in a Margaret River forest, while chef Marco Pierre White will collaborate on a dinner for the festival’s Gourmet Feast event in Swan Valley.

The fifth edition of Switzerland’s largest food festival showcases the region’s specialties, from street food to fine dining. Nosh on raclette and zurcher geschnetzeltes, or veal with onions, mushrooms, cream, and wine, and get a complete look at it all from the festival’s new central chuchi, or kitchen, where there’ll be workshops, tastings, pop-ups, talks, and more.
