The 2018 Winter Olympic Games have officially begun, and there's obviously no better way to celebrate the occasion than with some themed foods. If you're one of many individuals out there who currently have a serious case of FOMO for not being in Pyeongchang, South Korea right now, know that you don't have to travel across the world to score yourself a literal taste of the Olympics. Not when there are stateside restaurants rolling out specially-themed dishes that'll certainly satisfy your tastebuds and cheer on Team USA from afar.

Of all the crazy concoctions that are out there at the moment, there's one in particular that has caught our eye. That would be this flaming cotton candy dessert that's (almost) too mesmerizing to eat.

STK Steakhouse, a swanky, modern restaurant with 12 locations all over the country, is celebrating the Winter Olympics with a few extravagant additions to its menu, one of which is called The Torch. The Torch is a special dessert created as a way to mimic the Olympic flame that burns throughout the entire celebration of the games. Customers who order the dish can expect to find sponge cake topped with white chocolate, strawberry ice cream, strawberry compote, and whipped cream all sitting underneath a mountain of cotton candy that's drizzled with booze and set aflame when served. Once the cotton candy melts away, guests are free to dig into the dessert and savor every last bite.

Along with STK's Team U.S.A. Shotskis - a trio of silver, bronze, and gold shots called the Winner's Podium - The Torch is available at all of the restaurant's locations from now until the games end on Feb. 25.
