Food, music lineup announced for 2024 Taste of Chicago

CHICAGO — The City of Chicago Friday released the 2024 edition of the food and music lineups for the Taste of Chicago.

The Taste takes place Sept. 6 through Sept. 8 in Grant Park after being moved from July for the second consecutive year due to NASCAR.

Admission is free and food vendors accept cash and/or credit.

Here’s a list of food vendors. The city said there will also be a wide variety of food trucks.

All weekend long there will be performances on the Taste Main Stage, the Goose Island Stage and the SummerDance Stage for free.

Main stage headliners include CeeLo Green on Friday, Yahritza y Su Esencia on Saturday and Atlas Genius on Sunday.

Saturday:

  • 5 p.m. – Nino Augustine

  • 6 p.m. – La Dona

Goose Island Stage headliners include Toyacoyah on Friday, DJ Hotrod on Saturday and DJ Iggy on Sunday.

The Chicago SummerDance party will also be taking place near Buckingham Fountain. The stage also hosts the annual Eli Cheesecake Birthday Celebration Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
