The Food Opinion Travis Kelce Calls Jason Kelce a Baby Over
Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce
Travis Kelce has a great relationship with his brother Jason Kelce—but there are still some things the two bros just don't see eye to eye on.
Among them is a very hot take when it comes to spicy foods, which the two pro footballers discussed during the new episode of their New Heights podcast that dropped Wednesday, Jan. 31.
Jason, 36, was explaining his opinion on spicy foods while clarifying that while he's not afraid to eat hot stuff, he doesn't like when the spiciness takes over the entire flavor or makes the food just too difficult to eat.
"I really do enjoy hot sauces," the Philadelphia Eagles player said while stressing that he doesn't share the same affinity for hot sauces that are not "designed for taste" and are instead, as he puts it, "designed to make you in pain."
"I don't enjoy hot sauces that are like that," he continued, adding that he doesn't like spicy foods that require him to "go to the fridge for milk" just to get some relief.
But Travis, 34, immediately stopped his brother in his tracks after he said that, asking, "You're a milk guy?" alluding that he's a baby.
Instead, Travis believes there's a superior way to quench the spiciness after eating something hot: ice cream.
"Ice cream is the best way to do it," the Chiefs tight end argued, before looking back on his appearance on Hot Ones, a show that consists of celebrities participating in an interview while eating increasingly chicken wings with increasingly hot sauces.
"I didn't touch the milk. Or the Pepto Bismol," he flexed, adding that he ate the hot wings "like a grown a— man," though he did admit to having tears in his eyes and not really being able to talk.
Next time, he'll need to bring some ice cream along with him!
