Haley Pullos: The Latest Development
In April 2023, Pullos was charged with felony DUI. While that criminal case is ongoing, Pullos is also facing a civil case. She’s now claiming, in regards to the civil matter, that she is not responsible for damages caused in the accident, according to Fox News. Plaintiff Courtney Wilder stated in his complaint that he “suffered severe, lasting injuries which have required extensive surgery and treatment and will continue to require treatment.” Wilder says that his car was wrecked in the incident. Wilder is suing not only Pullos but also the establishment where she worked and allegedly drank alcohol prior to the crash, as well as the California Department of Transportation for failing to mark the lanes properly.
Wilder is seeking damages, including but not limited to payment for his medical bills and lost wages. He also wants the former GH lawyer to pay his legal bills. Devre D. Ross, Pullos’s attorney, says her client “denies generally and specifically each and every allegation” and also denies that Wilder “sustained, or will sustain, any loss or damage in the manner or amount alleged.”
Firefighters reportedly had to remove the actress from her automobile forcefully. Later, she had to be sedated at the hospital after she became aggressive and began fighting hospital staff. Soon after the accident, Pullos stopped appearing as Molly on GH. The show recast her part first with Holiday Mia Kriegel and then with Brooke Anne Smith. Then, the ABC soap opera hired Kristen Vaganos to take on the role of Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) third daughter. Molly’s current story involves her sister Kristina (Kate Mansi) acting as a surrogate so that Molly and TJ (Tahj Bellow) can have a baby.
