Franzia Made Mini Boxes In Four Flavors That Holds 3 Glasses Of Wine
When I was in college, I would buy a box of Franzia’s Refreshing White and be set for multiple weekends of shenanigans. It was a sad day (for my bank account) when I decided to upgrade to bottled wine. You might join me in regressing, however, because our beloved boxed wine now comes as “Little Franz.”
Franzia’s signature 5-liter boxes hold around seven bottles of wine. Some of the brand’s varieties come in 1.5-liter boxes, which hold two bottles of wine. The new Little Franz boxes hold 500 milliliters each, which is three glasses of wine. They’re the smallest size offered by Franzia, and are perfect for throwing in your bag for whatever occasion awaits.
Although Franzia has around 20 different types of wine, only four of them got the Little Franze treatment:
Rosé: Dry and crisp, with flavors of red berry and white peach
Chardonnay: Crisp white with a clean finish; semi-dry and medium-bodied
Crisp White: Medium-bodied white wine with floral aromas and fruit flavors
Pinot Grigio/Colombard: Light-bodied white wine with citrus flavors and a vibrant finish
The Little Franz boxes have a suggested retail price of $3.49. That’s just a little more than a dollar for a glass of wine! Ah, yes. Now we remember why we love this brand so much.
