This week, it looks like Dunkin’ is stepping up their iced coffee game with a new “Shot in the Dark” coffee espresso blend. Compared to their bottled iced coffee drinks (which clock in at around 270 calories per serving), these are only 80 calories each and come in three classic flavors: Vanilla, Mocha, and Caramel. And that’s not even the best part.

In honor of the summer solstice (the longest day of the year, which is June 21), Dunkin’ will be giving away these new beverages for free nationwide. And apparently it will be as easy as talking to your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant device. Just say, “Send me a sample for Dunkin’ Shot in the Dark” and you should be good to go. A single can of “Shot in the Dark” will arrive at your doorstep.

Also, if you happen to be in New York City on June 21, the fun really doesn’t stop. There’ll be a pop-up on 213 Bowery Street pegged to the new products, and it’s the only place you can get a “Human Charger” kit. This kit not only includes one of the three espresso blends, but an expandable metal straw as well. The idea is that together, they’ll help you to charge up just as easily as you would charge your phone. We know, it’s a bit corny. But at the end of the day, Dunkin’ just wants you to have the power and energy to live your best life-even when you’re not riding. We’re not mad at the positivity here.
