It's been four years since Disney's smash hit Frozen was released, but the craze hasn't seemed to fizzle out, even a little. The film has entered many family's classic holiday movie canon, and every Halloween I feel like I see about a million Elsa's running around collecting candy. The point is, Frozen fanatics exist, and we made this fudge for them! It just so happens to be super easy, which means you've got more time to rewatch your favorite scenes.

Start out with white chocolate chips, a can of sweetened condensed milk, and some blue food coloring. For this particular shade of electric blue, we like using this brand's neon blue. Microwave on high for three minutes, stirring after each minute, until your mixture is smooth and as blue as you'd like. Pour it into a square, parchment lined baking pan and smooth with a spatula.

Next comes the fun part, decorating! We chose a crazy array of blue, purple, and silver sprinkles, but I would encourage you to decorate as you see fit. Just ask yourself one question: What would Elsa do?
