Furry Friends Friday: Meet Dexter & Stevie, two dogs up for adoption
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Second Chance Dog Rescue brought in two of the sweetest and most adorable dogs this Furry Friends Friday.
Beverly Theriot has Dexter and Lori DeBenedetto-Webb has Stevie in the video. Dexter has a beautiful brown coat and his eyes match his fur. He’s two years old and weighs 12 pounds. His breed is unknown, but they guess that he may be a long-haired Chihuahua mix. He’s very playful and loves other dogs and people. He would be a good fit for a family that already has an active dog and kids.
Stevie is a sweet girl with a beautiful gray coat. She’s nearly a year old and weighs 10 pounds. She would also do well in a home with other dogs or cats, or both.
These two dogs can also be adopted together. Each of their adoption fees is $350. Second Chance Dog Rescue also has adoption events from noon to 3 p.m. on Sundays at PetSmart on Airline Highway.
If you want to adopt Dexter or Stevie (or both), reach out to Second Chance Dog Rescue to start the adoption process. Click here to visit their website for more information.
