The Game of Thrones Cast Is Getting Us Scared for the Battle of Winterfell
WARNING: This story may contain spoilers for Game of Thrones Season 8, Episode 3.
We were already nervous about the Battle of Winterfell on Game of Thrones ever since we saw snippets of it in the trailers, but now that the cast of the show is teasing the action ahead of tonight's episode, we're officially in freakout mode.
Season 8, Episode 3 promises to deliver an epic showdown between the living and the dead (AKA the Night King, the White Walkers, and the army of wights) on the grounds of Winterfell, the Stark family's home base in the North. Amongst those fighting for humankind are Jon Snow, Arya Stark, Grey Worm and the Unsullied, Jorah Mormont (and his young cousin Lyanna Mormont), Brienne of Tarth, Jaime Lannister, Theon Greyjoy and the Ironborn, the Dothraki army, and Daenerys's two dragons. Considering GoT's record for shock factor, we're not sure all of them will make it out alive.
Stars of the show have been teasing new episodes of GoT weekly since the premiere, but the hype is a little more intense than usual this week with the epic clash ahead. Here, we're rounding up what the cast is saying about tonight's big episode.
