'Game of Thrones' Star Hints at How George RR Martin's Books Might Really End
Note: The following article contains spoilers for the Game of Thrones series finale, 'The Iron Throne'.
While people are still trying to come to terms with the divisive Game of Thrones finale, Bran Stark actor Isaac Hempstead Wright may have given away something about the end of George RR Martin's books.
Martin has previously teased that his Song of Ice and Fire book series and the show could end differently.
However, Isaac–whose character Bran got crowned the ruler of the Seven Six Kingdoms– has now seemingly revealed that George's unfinished books will end with the same person on the Iron Throne.
"[Creators] David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss] told me there were two things [author] George RR Martin had planned for Bran, and that was the Hodor revelation, and that he would be king," Isaac told HBO.
"So that's pretty special to be directly involved in something that is part of George's vision. It was a really nice way to wrap it up."

George recently explained that there are differences between his writing and the HBO fantasy series.
"How will it all end? I hear people asking," he wrote on his blog. "The same ending as the show? Different? Well… yes. And no. And yes. And no. And yes. And no. And yes.
"I am working in a very different medium than [showrunners] David [Benioff] and Dan [Weiss], never forget. They had six hours for this final season."
He continued: "I expect these last two books of mine will fill 3,000 manuscript pages between them before I'm done… and if more pages and chapters and scenes are needed, I'll add them."
