The GLCO x Josh Peskowitz collection features a sunglass that combines Peskowitz’s personal style and love of classic design with a vintage Japanese-inspired frame shape, complemented by a smooth, minimal front plaque and temple ball detail.

The model is available in acetate and offered in three colorways exclusive to this collaboration and selected by Peskowitz: matte lavender with a green lens, orange with a marigold lens and tortoise with a bordeaux lens. The glasses will be sold in an American-made case in vegetable-tanned vachetta leather that features embossing and painted edge finishing. They will retail for $395.

“This collaboration is an exciting venture for us in the world of limited-edition eyewear that is showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship emblematic of California’s heritage,” Garrett Leight said. “Josh is a true luminary and a long\time friend of mine, and having his influence has added a distinctive touch to this collaboration.”

The first drop of California Editions was with John Terzian, cofounder of the hospitality company H.Wood Group. Both collections are being sold on the Garrett Leight website as well as at his stores and other select retailers.

Peskowitz was a former men’s fashion director of Bloomingdale’s and Moda Operandi and had also operated his own store, Magasin, in California.
