Gigi Hadid and The Bachelorette's Tyler Cameron's casual relationship isn't so casual anymore. Things actually have escalated, a source confirmed to Entertainment Tonight. Hadid took Cameron as her date to the MTV VMAs afterparty she attended in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood last night, where the reality TV star spent time with the supermodel's friends, including Taylor Swift, and her sister Bella Hadid. It was their first public event together.

Entertainment Tonight's source said that these days, Hadid and Cameron "are very much together" and have "just started getting serious." The two were in close proximity the majority of last week. As a reminder, their first public date wasn't that long ago; it was just back in the beginning of August, with their second date a day later.

Their relationship has blossomed pretty seamlessly because of their similarities. "Things are very easy for Tyler and Gigi," Entertainment Tonight's source said. "They both are extremely kind and want the same things in life. They both are in the modeling world and understand each other’s passion."

Us Weekly reported the two were pretty comfortable showing plenty of PDA at the party. “Tyler and Gigi were dancing all night," Us's source said. "He had his arms wrapped around her and was kissing the back of her neck. They were inseparable.”

E!, meanwhile, was told by a partygoer that Hadid kissed Tyler C. too. "Taylor greeted him with a big hug," a partygoer said. "Tyler and Gigi shared a kiss." Generally, the source said, "Gigi's friends seem very familiar with Tyler and comfortable around him. He and Gigi were touchy feely and very cute all night."

As little as two weeks ago, E! was told by a source that while there was a connection between Cameron and Hadid, she was trying to take things slow. "Gigi has been really hesitant about getting serious with him," a source close to her said. "She feels she just ended a long-term relationship [her relationship with Zayn Malik] and wants to strictly have fun right now. She really enjoys hanging out with Tyler and he has spent the night over her house multiple times now. Tyler makes Gigi laugh continuously while they are together, and it's been a while since someone has sparked her interest." Guess a couple more dates (and a upstate vacation) have cleared up her doubts.
