The Girl Scouts Have a New Cookie That Tastes Just Like French Toast
What’s your favorite season? Summer? Fall? Ours is Girl Scouts cookie season. After all, who can resist devouring an entire box of Thin Mints? We’ll have a new flavor to try next year, because Girl Scouts just unveiled the Toast-Yay! cookies.
The new cookies are inspired by French toast and even look like a miniature version of the classic breakfast dish. We’re hoping that means that we’ll be able to taste the maple syrup and butter flavors in there. They’re also dipped in icing, so you’ll get that sweet flavor in every bite.
The Toast-Yay! cookies will be available for 2021 Girl Scout Cookie season, which typically launches in January, in select areas. While you’ll still be able to get your favorites, like the Samoas and Tagalongs, it would be a big mistake if you didn’t add a box (or two) of the Toast-Yay! flavor to your order.
To keep safety at the forefront, some Girl Scouts will be selling cookies through virtual cookie platforms on social media with parental supervision. There will also be socially distant or contactless sales and delivery options, so everyone will be comfortable when they get their goodies.
