Globes: Stars Coordinate their Planned Parenthood Pins With Their Outfits

Mozart in the Jungle‘s Lola Kirke isn’t one to play it safe.

And her most notable accessory: a coordinated pin supporting Planned Parenthood. Republicans are vowing to defund the organization, which provides women with access to health care. Her pin was personally directed at House Speaker Paul Ryan, who has made defunding Planned Parenthood his personal cause.

“As a person with a platform, no matter what size that is, it’s important to share your views and maybe elevate people who might agree with you. My body, my choice. Your body, your choice,” she told us.

On a lighter note, her makeup is fresh and breezy. By design.

“It’s a lot of dress. I don’t want to be too much. I’m still wearing a lot of makeup. The natural look is not so natural,” says Kirke.
