Step aside, Billy Bob Thornton and Goliath. There’s a new hotshot in town.

At the 75th annual Golden Globe Awards tonight, Sterling K. Brown dethroned Thornton and went home with a statuette for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his role in This Is Us.

The actor was up against several worthy contenders, including Jason Bateman from Ozark, Freddie Highmore from The Good Doctor, Bob Odenkirk from Better Call Saul and Liev Schreiber from Ray Donovan.
