Good Deeds in Motion

On October 29, L.A. Dance Project marked its 10 anniversary with a gala celebration in Los Angeles. A crowd gathered at the Pritzker Residence to honor the group's founders, enjoy a seated dinner, take in dance work (including a new piece by Artistic Director Benjamin Millepied), and hear about the game-changing new Van Cleef & Arpels Fund for L.A. Dance Project, funded by a generous donation. Following that, a dance party helmed by Mathieu Schreyer went into the wee hours. Guests at the evening included Alicia Silverstone, Alia Shawkat, Dree Hemingway, and Sara Sampaio, and the evening raised more than $1 million for LADP.
