Gwenyth Paltrow’s Nightly Bedtime Routine Sounds Surprisingly Normal

Gwenyth Paltrow has a seemingly permanent glow-from-within, and according to her latest interview with Into the Gloss, there’s good reason: It *might* have to do a little something with her diligent bedtime routine. The 45-year-old dished each and every product she uses to wind down before bed to the outlet, and, just in case you haven’t already guessed, her ritual is very #luxe… and very “Goop-y.”

Before the winding down begins, the mom of two says she eats dinner and sips on Japanese Whiskey (Nikka whiskey and Hibiki are her faves, FYI).

Then comes her spa-like beauty routine. “I make time to take a bath every single night,” the newly engaged star shared with the mag. “I’ve always kind of mixed my own ‘magic potions’ for the bath, and so I wanted to make them into an actual product.” Her faves include Goop’s ewly released bath salts in either G.Nite Bedtime Bath Soak ($35) or “The Martini” Emotional Detox Bath Soak ($35).

For an extra dose of ahh, the bride-to-be sets the mood with her brand’s Woodsy Scented 01 Candle ($72), which, TBH, sounds like a dream with a blend of cypress smoke, snow, and “sensual quiet” (whatever that smells like!).

Next, the Spider-Man: Homecoming actress washes her face just like the rest of us — albeit in the bath — using Goop’s oil-based Luminous Melting Cleanser ($90), followed by the brand’s Exfoliating Instant Facial ($125), which includes fruit acids to slough away dead skin.

Last but not least, Paltrow says she cuddles in slips into some cozy jammies from Sleepy Jones or The Sleep Shirt after bathing to settle down with a good TV show. “Lots of Netflix,” she revealed. “The Crown, Mindhunter, or Forensic Files, which is a documentary about the science of forensics and — this is a little weird —really relaxes me before bed. I’m slightly worried about myself,” she laughed.

Hey, after that heavenly-sounding routine, we don’t blame her at all!
