Halle Berry, 54, just showed off her toned everything in a new bikini Instagram video.
In it, she wears a black lingerie-style bikini while walking on the beach.
The Bruised star loves doing full body workouts, even if they're only 20 minutes long.
Halle Berry just turned 54, and she’s not messing around on the social media celebrations. The John Wick 3 star recently celebrated her birthday by sharing a pic of herself skateboarding in bathing suit bottoms, and now she’s posted a jaw-dropping video of herself sauntering on the beach in what just might be her most stunning look ever.
"Leo Season in full effect ??? #BirthdayWeekendVibin," the Bruised actress wrote in the caption. Click on the video, and wowzer. In it, Halle is working a strappy black lingerie-inspired bikini and dark shades. She slowly walks out of the ocean, pauses to shake her hair out of her eyes, and then keeps on walking. (Bond girl moment, much?)
The post is simple enough, but it’s hard to miss the fact that Halle looks ridiculously fit and toned from head to toe.

Sure, this is Halle Berry we’re talking about, but she just out-Halle Berryed herself. Of course, Halle works really hard to look that amazing.
In an essay she wrote for Women’s Health in May, Halle said she focuses on full body workouts with her trainer, Peter Lee Thomas. "I'm hitting all of my muscles at once, abs included. And guess what? My core is just as toned and strong as ever,” she wrote.
Halle said that “every training session is different” for her, and she also walks away “satisfied, knowing that I not only worked my core hard, but the rest of my muscles, too.”
Oh! Halle also said that, like everyone else, sometimes she only has time for a 20-minute workout. “If anything, I've learned that a 20-minute workout can totally knock you on your butt,” she explained. “In fact, they're often even harder than longer ones. I know that when Peter creates quick programs for me, I'm going to have to get in the zone and push—these short sessions are truly fast and dirty.”
Halle said she’ll usually do circuits of five or six exercises, and those can include bodyweight moves like jumping rope and mountain climbers. “By the time I've finished, I'm dripping, I'm breathing crazy heavy, and I feel like I've not only worked all of my different muscles, but like I've also just done some serious cardio,” she said.
