Halle Berry, 54, Just Showed Off Her Glowy, Smooth Skin In A New No-Makeup Selfie

From Women's Health

  • Halle Berry, 54, just showed off her glowy skin in a new no-makeup Instagram selfie.

  • The actress shared the photo after being quarantined ahead of filming Moonfall.

  • Halle's skincare routine is pretty simple and affordable, with cleansers and serums.

Fact: Halle Berry has always had amazing skin. But it seems like her skin has gotten even more glowy with time. The proof? Well, the John Wick 3 actress, 54, just shared a no-makeup selfie on Instagram where her skin is positively radiant.

"Officially out of #Quarantine - ready to get to work! #Moonfall here I come!! ??," Halle wrote in the caption of her Instagram post. The Moonfall Halle’s referring to is a sci-fi epic she’s about to shoot that sounds awesome. Buuut it’s kinda hard to get past that skin.

"GORG!!! AND EFFORTLESS ??????BIG GOALS!! ????," one fan wrote in the comments. "Beautiful????," another said. And, naturally, there were a ton of heart and fire emojis, because Halle Berry.

Halle clearly has good genes, but she also works hard to get skin that’s that glowy and gorgeous. The actress revealed her four-step at-home facial routine on Instagram back in March, and it’s surprisingly doable.

Halle kicks things off by washing her face with the Olga Lorencin Rehydrating Cleanser (she likes to really get it into her skin with the help of the Philips VisaPure Facial Cleansing Brush). Halle says she’s tried lots of different scrubs over the years, but this one "consistently stays my favorite."

After that, Halle uses the SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Masque, which she (literally) slaps onto her face to help wake up her cells. She lets it sit for 15 minutes, and then uses Olga Lorencin Lactic Acid Hydrating Serum to moisturize her skin even more.

And, in April, Halle also shared her own DIY facial mask recipe. She uses:

  • 2 tablespoons green tea

  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt

After that, she mixes the ingredients together, applies them to her face and neck, leaves them on for three minutes, applies a second coat, leaves that on for 10 minutes, and then rinses it off with cold water.

Pass the yogurt.
