Halsey Responded to Haters Who Criticized Her Natural Hair in the Most Honest Way

Halsey is the queen of switching up her look and wearing wigs to help keep her natural hair healthy and growing, which she's been doing for a year now. But Halsey thought it was time to give the wigs a break and let her natural hair shine for a while, which, sadly, was immediately met with hate.

Over the weekend, Halsey proudly posted a photo with her naturally curly hair fluffed to perfection and wrote, "New growth, new growth; all these fades I outgrew."

Several of her fans were "LIVING" for her hair, which she said she's worked extremely hard to keep healthy.

Per usual, the Twitter trolls were back on their BS and said it looked like a wig, which Halsey responded to in the most honest way possible. While calling out her haters, she opened up about how difficult it is to grow out her hair and how upsetting it is that people responded in such a negative way.

Of course, it's no fun to watch people be mocked for their looks, but it seems like Halsey was able to move past it because she posted the cutest throwback photo of her with a head full of ringlets and wrote, "Stay mad."
