For her look this year, the model showed up dressed as an earthworm. Klum mentioned that she spent "all day playing around, putting things on" and started the process at 11 in the morning.
Klum was open about the transformation process, giving fans a step-by-step look at on Instagram before revealing the finished product with a video of herself, in worm form, and her husband, Tom Kaulitz, who was dressed as a fisherman with a bloody eye.
"This was fun 🪱😝 #HeidiHalloween2022 #JustWormingAround @enews" the model captioned the post.

Back in 2013, the German-American supermodel told Parade.com that her looks were "definitely not a last-minute decision," adding, "I’d rather stay home than go out in an uninspired costume."
“I start thinking of ideas months before Halloween, and I have an amazing team who makes the impossible possible. I don’t really have a system for picking my costume each year, they kind of just come to me," she explained. "It takes months of preparation.”
