As life under lockdown continues, a growing number of celebrities have been sharing their tips for staying shredded while in quarantine, with actors such as Mark Wahlberg and Dolph Lundgren posting their own home workouts to social media. Simu Liu, the sitcom star who recently landed the lead role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's upcoming movie Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, is the latest actor to share his isolation training regime.

In a video posted to Twitter, Liu revealed his "Marvel quarantine workout" involves carefully warming up, before... sitting down and playing video games. "Hope you're all staying as active as I am," he joked.

While he might be making the most of his downtime right now by lounging around playing games on the couch (and honestly, what a mood), Liu has shown off his buff physique several times, both on Instagram and in character as wayward son Jung on the sitcom Kim's Convenience. It's safe to say he's ripped enough to face whatever Phase Four of the MCU intends to throw at him.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings marks the first movie in Marvel's on-screen canon to feature a predominantly Asian cast; in addition to Liu as the titular kung fu master, the film will also star Tony Leung as The Mandarin, and Awkwafina (Crazy Rich Asians) and comedian Ronny Chieng in undisclosed roles.

The movie was originally currently slated for a release date of February 12, 2021, to coincide with Chinese New Year, but filming was suspended in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing Marvel to push back the release. So we'll have to wait until May 7, 2021 to see Liu in action.
