Once you’re done with your Halloween advent calendar, you’re going to need one to celebrate the holiday season. Home Alone is one of those classic Christmas films that the whole family can watch together, so it’s only appropriate that it be turned into an advent calendar. We can thank Insight Editions for this one!

The name of the advent calendar is Home Alone: The Official AAAAAAAdvent Calendar, as an ode to that famous scream Kevin McCallister (played by Macaulay Culkin) let out after using aftershave. The cover of the calendar matches with an animated version of that scene.

“Eight-year old Kevin has the house all to himself when his family accidentally leaves him home alone for the holidays. But when two bumbling burglars knock on his door, Kevin has to devise a series of traps to defend his home!” the description says.

The fun comes when you open the calendar and are met with a pop-up Christmas tree. After all, we learned how much Kevin loves Christmas trees in Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. Then, as you open a new door each day from Dec. 1 to 24, you’ll get a paper ornament that recalls the film’s most memorable parts, such as an iron, army toys, and McCallister’s lawn jockey statue, as well a star with a gold tooth to top off the tree. By the time you get to Christmas Day, you’ll have a tree filled with Home Alone trinkets!

The Home Alone: The Official AAAAAAAdvent Calendar will officially be released on Oct. 26, but for now, you can preorder it on Amazon for $35.99. It looks like we have a new tradition this holiday season!
