Listen, we love Last Man Standing. There’s nothing better than cozying up on a Friday night and tuning in to Mike, Vanessa, Mandy, and the rest of the Baxter clan. But before we found our latest sitcom obsession, there was another Tim Allen-starred series that had our attention.

Home Improvement debuted in 1991, and the world immediately fell in love with Tim Taylor and his family, wife Jill (Patricia Richardson), and sons Brad (Zachery Ty Bryan), Randy (Jonathan Taylor Thomas), and Mark (Taran Noah Smith). Tim “The Tool Man” was the hilarious patriarch, who had his own television show, Tool Time, with his co-host Al (Richard Karn). The entire scenario got even more entertaining thanks to the Taylors’ mysterious neighbor, Wilson (Earl Hindman). Sadly, the sitcom ended in 1999, leaving a big Tim-shaped whole in the audience’s heart.

Faith was restored when Last Man Standing premiered on ABC in 2011. It was briefly cancelled by the network before being saved by Fox, where it’s currently airing. The passionate fan base is to thank for its revival—they even created a petition to bring the show back! All of that to say, Tim’s sense of humor has been a hit for years (though some take issue with his conservative beliefs).

Now comes the best news of the day: Home Improvement is available to stream on Hulu! You can watch Tim lovingly bicker with his family and friends anytime you want—which we think sounds perfect for nights that Last Man Standing is off the air. If you don’t have a Hulu account, you could purchase all 8 seasons on Amazon, too.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your snacks and get to watching!
