Ice-T is not here for trolls telling him what is best for his family.
On Wednesday, the 63-year-old rapper and actor took to Twitter to clear up the controversy around wife and model Coco Austin deciding to continue breastfeeding their 5-year-old daughter, Chanel Nicole. In a series of tweets, he addressed several users who called out himself and Austin, including one that said breastfeeding their daughter was "sexual and gross."
"Why the F are you worried about MY Child??? That’s what’s weird.. Now go back in the basement," he responded.

Countless fans responded with their own breastfeeding stories, while also noting that nursing for so long is not an anomaly.
"My kids breastfed til 5 or 6 well my last one because I figured why the hell not . she was my last n I let her stop when she was ready . it wasn’t her fed it was for comfort," a fan shared.

Another noted that breastfeeding is "comforting" and a "great boost" to a child's immune system.
Its comforting and a great boost to a childs immune system, lowering the risk of multiple diseases and children who breast feed longer are more apt to be socially adjusted. So its pretty obvious these haters weren't breast fed because they are socially inept.

It’s sad to have to defend this. News Flash, this is normalized everywhere but here. She’s getting the best nutrition/nurturing that money can’t buy.
It’s a blessing that she’s able to still do this, it’s just curse when you want your body back and have to share it w/everyone ??— ?? Bri ???? (@brimichellee_) August 4, 2021
My 4 kids self-weaned by 3 years old, but every kids is different. I have loads of respect for Moms who know that that relationship is between her and her kid. Also, ultimately, it's up to Moms, not every Mom can breastfeed and that is ok. We need to judge each other less. ??

The conversation began after Austin's recent interview with Us Weekly, in which she revealed that she was still breastfeeding their first child together, born in 2015 (Ice T has two adult children from previous relationships).
"Chanel still likes my boobs,” she said. “It’s a big bonding moment for a mother and your child.”
Austin clarified that Chanel breastfeeds and eats solid foods, and added that she does not plan to stop nursing anytime soon.
“Why take that away from her? … If she doesn’t want it, all right, that’s where you stop it. But I’m not just going to say no,” she added.
The mom of one also came under fire in 2019 after sharing photos to her Instagram Story of her breastfeeding her then-3-year-old daughter, captioning the photos "when the boobs call" and "#NormalizeBreastfeeding." She stood firmly by her decision.
"A mother's calling … I’m so blessed to have this unbelievable experience in this thing called Nursing,” Austin said at the time. “I had a hard time breastfeeding the 1st week of when Chanel was born, I almost gave up but my family told me to hang for another week. They told me I don't want to miss this special moment you have with your child … health wise and bond wise. I hung in there and now almost 4 years later Chanel still wants the boob.”
