If the season of gifting has left you (and your wallet) longing for the day when you can send your five-year-old off to their 9 to 5, you're surprisingly in luck. IKEA London is hiring a Chief Play Officer and they've even placed the details of the fun-filled gig on LinkedIn.

Open to children between the ages of four and 12-years-old, the job is a part-time role that consists of testing new products for IKEA whenever there’s a new launch.

"The successful candidate will be responsible for testing IKEA’s new toys in 2021 before they go on sale in the UK and Ireland, making sure they’re fun for other children to play with," a description on LinkedIn reads.

Similar to most jobs, there are a few qualities IKEA is looking for in the ideal candidate. Among those qualities are a zest for new toys and play, a vivid imagination and a winning creative edge. And absolutely no grown-ups!

While this isn't a paying job, the child chosen for the position will be able to keep the toys they're testing out. Oh, and as another added bonus, the job is completely work from home.

The deadline to apply for IKEA's Chief Play Officer position is January 4, 2021.
