These New Iridescent Doc Martens Will Make You Shine Like a Mermaid
Doc Martens’ classic black boots are a staple in the footwear world, but you just might ditch them in favor of the brand’s new iridescent looks. Prepare to glisten in these mermaid scale-style boots.
The 1460 Pascal boots come in pink and blue iridescent colors. They’re covered in “mermaid scales,” so they look like a shining mermaid in the light. The pink gives off a rainbow hue while the blue appears more like a blue-green holographic. Both of them are really cool and definitely make a statement.
“Our Duo Chrome collection is made from two-tone iridescent scales that demand attention with every step,” the description says. “Here the 1460 boot silhouette is enhanced with flecked laces and brushed silver eyelets, while Docs DNA is cemented with a yellow welt stitch and AirWair heel loop.”
You can also get the pink iridescent color in the Holly shoe. The low-top style is great for warmer weather, but gives a similar look with the Quad Retro Platform. You can get a pair of the 1460 Pascal Iridescent boots for $140 or the Holly Iridescent for $150. It might be a tough choice, but can you really go wrong with either?
