Ivanka Trump makes bedtime look glam in a red ball gown
Ivanka Trump played a glam game of peekaboo with her toddler while wearing a red ball gown.
On Tuesday, the mom of three Instagrammed a photo of herself decked out in a long red dress while her 1-year-old son Theodore, dressed in striped pajamas, sat on the floor in between his mother’s legs, parting the fabric of her gown.
Trump was clearly straddling the bedtime routine with prepping for a fancy night out — she paired her dress, which had oversized sleeves and a frontal slit, with taupe open-toed heels and sparkly earrings. She wore her hair in a chignon.

Peppered among the 45,000 likes were those struck by Trump’s chic approach to the motherhood juggle, including one follower who wrote, “A Momma never stops being a Momma!” along with several followers calling her look “stunning.” But not everyone was a fan. “What’s extra creepy is that — who took this picture?” wrote one person. “It’s obviously staged. Do you have a photographer on call or do you schedule these in advance. So creepy.”
Another chided, “Is this the outfit you wear when putting your kids to bed? I don’t think so. This is a staged fake photo just like the current administration.”
Trump’s style has been the object of much criticism — in late November, she returned from a trip to India for the Global Entrepreneurship Summit, during which she debuted, in a mere two-and-a-half days, a total of six different outfits, which some people viewed as cultural appropriation.
She arrived in Hyderabad wearing Tory Burch black pants and a matching top with white Indian-inspired embellishment.

Then, during different days at the summit, Trump paired a $795 red Saloni dress with black Zara shoes and later, a green Erdem dress with pink-and-yellow flowers and a keyhole neck. Trump also attended a dinner in a $3,500 floor-length, blue-and-gold Tory Burch dress.
She also wore a $1,500 Biyan maxi dress to visit Golkonda Fort.
