J.Law Is Having the Best Night at the Oscars

Jennifer Lawrence is already having the best night at the Oscars, and the show literally just started. First, she showed up at the carpet dressed like a trophy and got goofy with the photographers. Obviously:

Then she went inside and was photographed stepping over seats with a glass of wine. The broadcast hadn't even started, but this is J.Law, doing the night on her terms:

The former Best Actress winner was photographed surprising Meryl Streep, chit-chatting with her, and then giving Streep a HUG:

She hugged Woody Harrelson, her Hunger Games co-star who introduced her to her current close friend Emma Stone:

And she was chatting up director Steven Spielberg:

Networking, drinking, smiling and having the best time: J.Law isn't even nominated for an award, and it's already her night.

Lawrence will be on stage at toward the end of the broadcast: She's presenting one of the last awards of the night, Best Actress, with Jane Fonda in lieu of last year's Best Actor winner Casey Affleck. (Affleck withdrew from being a presenter in January.)
