J. Lo just used a hair dryer that reviewers are obsessed with: 'My hair has never looked so good'

Appleton captured a video of the style, which was equal parts sleek and bouncy. But despite its grandeur, Appleton relied on a classic beauty tool to get the look: a hair dryer.
