Jackson Mahomes Leaves Flirtatious Comment on Travis Kelce's Ex Kayla Nicole's Photo
Travis Kelce and Kayla Nicole
Before Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift became the "it couple" of 2023, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end dated media personality Kayla Nicole for five years. Fast-forward to today, and Jackson Mahomes—Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes' younger brother—left a flirty comment on one of Nicole's Instagram photos.
On Friday, Dec. 8, Nicole took to Instagram with a tongue-in-cheek stat following backlash from Swift fans.
"Studies show that people who mind their business are 135% happier than those that don’t," she wrote. "?????♀?Some of y’all should trrryyyy iiitttttttt."
In the carousel of photos, Nicole wears jeans and a bomber jacket while holding a to-go cup of coffee. She completes her look with a pair of black sunglasses, white sneakers and a Los Angeles Dodgers cap.
Jackson commented on her Instagram post, writing, "so pretty!"
"thanks Jack! ??," the former ESPN and Barstool Sports reporter replied.
Jackson's comment is curious, considering his brother and sister-in-law's relationship with Nicole seems to have deteriorated over the past year.

In October, Nicole defended her choice to unfollow Patrick and Brittany Mahomes on Instagram. The fitness guru and Chiefs couple were close when she and Kelce dated on and off from 2017 to 2020—and Nicole opted to un-follow them after Kelce and Swift went public.
"I do think it's important to publicly address this because I did publicly unfollow people," told People. "The reality is I know these people in real life. And so, in real life, I've communicated to these people why I've had to publicly make the decisions that I made."
Nicole explained her decision was to "protect" herself. "That's really all that is," she told the publication. "The love is still there."
She concluded, "I have to move forward and everyone has to respect that."
