He might be best known for playing the villain in HBO's Euphoria, but Jacob Elordi just gained a whole new host of fans after stripping down to his underwear in a recent photo shoot. The Australian actor, who portrays Nate Jacobs in the show, has joined the likes of Justin Bieber, Shawn Mendes and Naomi Campbell as the latest model for Calvin Klein. In the photos, which went down very well on Instagram, Elordi shows off his shredded six-pack.

"A model," commented his Euphoria co-star Zendaya. Plenty of other comments consisted of nothing but the fire emoji. And while such a response isn't exactly surprising, you'd expect some of Elordi's fans to be a little desensitized to thirst traps after eight full weeks of full-frontal nudity on Euphoria.

Want a six-pack worthy of a Calvin Klein photo shoot? Popular wisdom suggests that abs are built in the kitchen as much as they are in the gym, and that reducing calorie intake and cutting out alcohol from your diet can be incredibly beneficial when training your abs.

Whether you're a total fitness beginner or a gym veteran, these three simple moves favored by trainer Charlee Atkins, C.S.C.S. will work your core and target your abs:

  • Straight Leg Sit-Up

Tip: Keep the arms reaching for the ceiling the whole time

Regression: No weight; traditional situp; classic crunch

  • Double Crunch

Tip: Bring the elbows to the knees. Extended position is a hollow body hold.

  • Leg Lowers

Tip: Try to keep legs as straight as possible with lower back pressed into the mat.

Regression: No weight

Perform each exercise for 20 reps each with little to no rest. You can add weight to this workout with dumbbells or kettlebells.
