Jane Fonda, 79, works the off-the-shoulder look on the red capet
There was absolutely no shortage of well-known people, actors and otherwise, at last night’s LACMA Art + Film gala. The annual benefit for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art is a consistent draw for Hollywood’s elite in fashion, film, and art, and this year was no exception.
Starting with the attendees of iconic status, Jane Fonda stood out in particular. The 79-year-old insists on keeping age nothing but a number as she cruised into the gala in a shoulderless embroidered gown from the Elie Saab 2017 pre-fall collection.
Other attendees included model Behati Prinsloo, baby bump on board, sporting a green Gucci mini.
The ubiquitous Kim Kardashian, wore an oversized Tom Ford for Gucci tuxedo, minus the shirt for the occasion.
Zoe Saldana channeled a bit of classic Hollywood style in her Gucci dress. The event, it should be noted, was presented by Gucci, so it makes sense that so many of the glitzy attendees wore the label.
Other attendees included Jared Leto, George Lucas — who was being honored — and Amy Adams.
On the benefit side, the gala helps support the museum’s film curatorial programming as well as helping to fund exhibitions, screenings, and educational programming.
