Jane Seymour embraced the cowboy chic look on Sun., April 7, when she arrived at the 2024 CMT Music Awards to pose for photos on the red carpet.
Seymour, 73, defied age as she smiled for photographers while wearing a black sequin gown that featured a plunging neckline and thin shoulder straps. She perched her toned arms on her hips as she struck a pose on the red carpet, showing off the gauzy layered skirt of her black dress and the cowboy boots visible just beneath it. Her nearly knee-high leather boots, while mostly black to match her dress, also featured red and white detailing.

The English actress wore her long, wavy red hair down. She paired her look with what looked like silver and diamond jewelry as she matched a simple necklace with hoop earrings, a couple of rings on her right hand and a delicate sliver bracelet on her left wrist.
The CMT Music Awards announced last week that Seymour would be joining this year’s ceremony’s list of presenters. Amber Riley, Billy Bob Thornton, Carly Pearce, Cody Alan, Johnson, Emily Osment, Emma Roberts, Gayle King, James Van Der Beek, Jelly Roll, Max Theriot, Moroney, Melissa Etheridge, Mickey Guyton, Minnie Driver, Montana Jordan, Parmalee and Paul Walter Hauser were also included on the presenter list.
Seymour’s fashion pick on April 7 joined the many recent instances in which the former Bond girl wowed fans with her age-defying red carpet looks. The actress herself rejected the idea of women having “sell-by” dates while speaking with Page Six at the premiere of her latest movie, Irish Wish, last month.
“I don’t think there is a sell-by date for women unless they choose it,” she told the publication, adding that she has gained “so much experience” over the course of her own life and doesn’t necessarily agree with those who yearn to return to their younger years.
“My life is very full now, and hopefully I’m wiser,” she said.
