  • January Jones put her epic booty and mega-defined arms on full display in a recent Instagram post of her wearing a high-waisted, polka dot swimsuit.

  • She relies on Lagree classes to sculpt her from head-to-toe.

  • January also prioritizes self-care and uses yoga and bubble baths to relax.

Some looks never go out of style, and January Jones just proved it. January flaunted her summer 'fit on Instagram, rocking a retro high-waisted, polka dot swimsuit with a floppy sun hat and statement sunglasses. Her red lip is absolutely iconic and her toned booty and strong arms only add to the chicness of the look.

January captioned the post "102? RIP my grass," which I assume is about how the summer highs have affected her yard, but few are focused on the backdrop. Although her grass may be feeling a little under the weather, January certainly is not. She embraced the heat with a cool, Betty Draper-esque smolder.

Fans agreed. "No one does summer better than you ??," said one. "Truly goddess level of pure elegance ????????????," another said. One honest follower commented, "I have to admit, I wasn't looking at the grass. ????" You and me both!

January put her perky booty and defined arms on full display, leaving fans wondering what exercises she does to stay so strong.

Well, I 'm here to put your curiosity to rest. The now 45-year-old Mad Men star enjoys Pilates and barre classes to work on her posture and core strength, per Shape.

After developing a love for these two fitness forms, January discovered her love for the Lagree Method, also known as the Megaformer workout, which blends low-impact and high-intensity movements. "I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle, she told Shape in 2020. "I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked."

She compared it to Pilates, crediting this muscle-building class with keeping her motivated and engaged: "When I did the private Pilates lessons a couple of years ago, I just saw myself getting lazy with it because there wasn’t that drive for competition. For me, that’s what’s motivating," she told Shape. "If there’s someone strong next to me, I definitely want to up my game. I find myself looking forward to it more than I’ve ever looked forward to a workout.” Nothing like a little healthy competition!

From the looks of her Instagram, January also enjoys yoga when wanting a more zen workout.

And at the end of her long days, January knows how to relax like a champ. There're few things that a sudsy bubble bath can't solve.

Enjoy the summer heat, January!
