Jason Kelce Explains Why He Doesn't Understand the 'Purpose' of Wearing Underwear
Jason Kelce
Apparently, Jason Kelce prefers to go commando.
The recently-retired Philadelphia Eagles center made a somewhat intimate admission while speaking to his brother Travis Kelce on their sports podcast.
During the latest episode of New Heights, which was released on Wednesday, April 17, it was revealed that Jason doesn't wear underwear.
"Tommy John underwear is claiming it has the most comfortable underwear out there, and I think you should be the deciding factor on that statement," Travis said to his older sibling, obviously already having knowledge about the fact that Jason avoids undergarments.
"As I've said on this show, I do not wear underwear," Jason unashamedly replied, providing further insight by adding that the decision is "based on comfort."
"I find it unnecessary and problematic to the freedom that my boys like to enjoy," he stated, also admitting, "I don't think that is going to change... I'm curious to see what Tommy John is offering."

However, there are specific times where Jason feels the need to wear undergarments.
"Every time I'm doing something physical, I wear them. My thighs chafe. Running, a lot of walking, I wear them," he opened up.
This isn't the first time he's opened up about his preferences when it comes to being free underneath his clothing. The 36-year-old first unveiled his inclination to go sans underwear on the audio show in Oct. 2022, when he said he doesn't believe they're "useful."
"I don't understand what the purpose is for them," he said at the time. "I promise you, I do not have skid marks and my prostate is still functioning well. I'm not a leaker so I don't really understand what the purpose is for them."
