The beauty community is still in recovery after Middle Finger Gate and Lara Lee and Manny MUA are both still in hiding. At this point, it seems like Jeffree Star is one of the last beauty bloggers standing.

Now, the guru is facing backlash for wearing cornrows in a holiday photoshoot for Jeffree Star Cosmetics.

Yesterday, Jeffree shared behind the scenes pics on his social media, including videos of him getting the hairstyle done.

Fans immediately took to Twitter to blast him for wearing the hairstyle traditionally adapted by people of color.

Some fans were into the look, though, and stood up for Jeffree. They made the point that it's not wrong for white people to wear braids, it's wrong that people of color are discriminated against for it.

Jeffree has been accused of racism in the past, because of some racial comments that went viral years ago. The mogul has apologized multiple times since, even releasing a video on the subject last year.

He hasn't posted a statement on this drama yet, however he has been commenting back to well-wishers.
